It is an academic competition and a veritable platform
designed to train the examine population of our students on how to engage in
healthy academic competition through diligence.
Apart from
this, Brain Battle Quiz is also aimed at erasing from the minds of our
students, the ugly belief of MEDIOCRITY.
We all know that we now operate in an era when our students have picked up the
wrong and destructive idea that they have to cut corners to pass every exam: by
buying question papers in advance and cheating in the course of these
examinations. Even the gifted ones also engage in the said practice, as they
trade away their God-given talent. Through this competition, all participating
students would be oriented towards EXCELLENCE;
that would reawaken the spirit of self-believe that would always make them to
walk the straight path; that would also take them to the destination of their GLORY.
Finally,
this competition is also targeted at giving the participating students, the
required exposure which would boost their level of confidence to achieve the
unimaginable. As this would definitely take them to prominence and stardom, we
implore all our parents, guardians and teachers to encourage all our students

Since
the competition is expected to be in two categories, the prizes have been put
into two sets; the first set to take care of winners in Junior Category; and
the second set for the winners in senior category.
THE SUBJECT
AREA:
In
both the junior and senior categories, students would be tested in three basic
subjects areas: Mathematics, English
Language and General Knowledge. The General Knowledge is expected to cover:
the current and past affairs of Nigeria,
Africa and the World at large.
This
Idea is aimed at keeping the students abreast of all the social, economic and
political happenings, in their immediate and remote environment. This we
believe would transform them into becoming informed scholars.
